Cet automne, le magazine Architecture Digest a poussé la porte de l’antre du photographe Américain. Et, surprise : le cheval fait partie intégrante de la maison, des murs – en témoignent ses photographies – au mobilier en passant par les paddocks. Les plus avertis reconnaîtront le cheval à bascule de la chevauchée fantastique de Rihanna.
“Provocative, cinematic, and often highly charged, Steven Klein’s fashion photographs and celebrity portraits might suggest a creative force with a brash persona to match. But with images that articulate so much, the soft-spoken Klein doesn’t need to deliver shocking declarations. He does, however, make one assertion that might be considered radical—even sacrilegious—on Long Island’s East End: “White and green is not a great color combination,” he says, casually renouncing a virtual bedrock of traditional Hamptons decorating. “Something about those colors is just wrong.
