Un jour happé par l’élégance musculaire d’un cheval dans un pré, le photographe ne quitta plus l’Animal des yeux et de son objectif. “American Thoroughbred” est l’étude approfondie de l’anatomie vivante du pur-sang. Du Rosa Bonheur photographique et contemporain vécu dans l’antre de l’hippisme américain : pendant trois ans, Neil Latham a parcouru l’Amérique de Saratoga Race Course au Kentucky Horse Park.
